Oxygen under pressure is the hazard we engineer against

A hyperbaric chamber is a pressure vessel occupied by people and filled with an oxygen-enriched atmosphere. Every Hipertech chamber is designed, built, and documented against the standards written for that combination.

Fire is what EN 16081 and NFPA 99 are written about, and why three-stage suppression is standard

EN 16081 is the standard for fire extinguishing systems in hyperbaric chambers. NFPA 99, the US Health Care Facilities Code, carries the section that applies to hyperbaric facilities. Three-stage fire suppression is a standard feature of the Multiplace Omega and Multiplace Quadro chambers, not an option on the price list.

Operator training

Hipertech Academy · on-site and online

Hipertech Academy trains the people who run installed chambers, in medical, diving, technical and maintenance training, and participants are certified by Hipertech when they complete it. Training runs online or on site: at the customer’s chamber after installation, or at HBO Group’s own hyperbaric centers in İstanbul, where trainees observe live sessions and talk to academic staff.

  • Technical training

For technicians, operators, nurses, and others working with hyperbaric technology.

  • Medical training

    For medical doctors and nurses.

  • Safety training

    Safety in HBO environments.

  • Technical and medical consultancy

    Ongoing advice for installed sites.

  • Spare parts and maintenance planning

Planning the parts and the intervals before they are needed.

  • Discussion forum

A standing channel between operators and Hipertech.

Hipertech sponsors the European Underwater and Baromedical Society annually and lectures at the Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine, Underwater and Hyperbaric Department as an official fellow.
