These terms govern your use of the website at hipertech.co. Please read them before relying on anything published here.

1. Who publishes this site

This site is published by HİPERTEK ELEKTRONİK VE MAKİNA SANAYİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, which trades under the name Hipertech: a manufacturer of hyperbaric oxygen therapy chambers and diving chambers established in İstanbul, Türkiye. In these terms, "Hipertech", "we" and "us" mean that company.

2. How these terms apply

These terms apply to everyone who visits the site. They are standard terms drafted in advance, so they are general transaction conditions within the meaning of Articles 20 to 25 of the Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098, and are read subject to those Articles.

They govern the website only. Any supply of equipment or services is governed by the written contract signed for it, and where that contract and these terms differ, the contract prevails.

3. What the site is for

We publish this site to describe the chambers we manufacture, the standards they are built to, the services around them, and the projects we have delivered, so that a hospital, navy, diving company, research institute or other buyer evaluating Hipertech as a supplier can find that information without having to ask first.

4. No offer, quotation or contract

• Nothing is sold here. There are no prices, no basket, no order form and no payment. No contract is formed through this site.
• Nothing here is an offer. Product descriptions, capacities, configurations, specifications and reference projects are information. They are not an offer capable of acceptance and they are not a quotation.
• Prices and terms are given only on request. A quotation is made in writing for a specific project, and a supply is agreed only in a contract signed by Hipertech and the buyer.

Sending an enquiry through the contact form does not create any obligation for you or for us.

5. No medical advice

Hipertech designs and manufactures equipment. Nothing on this site is medical advice, a recommendation of any treatment, or a statement about the clinical results of hyperbaric oxygen therapy for any person or condition. Decisions about treatment belong to qualified clinicians and the facility operating the chamber, in line with the rules of their own country.

Information about hyperbaric oxygen therapy on this site is general background for buyers of equipment. It is not a substitute for professional medical judgement, and it should not be relied on as one.

6. Specifications and certifications

Chamber configurations, capacities, features, materials and the standards applicable to them are described as at the date of publication and may change without notice.

Where a figure matters to a decision, ask us to confirm it in writing for the specific chamber and market. A figure confirmed in writing for your project prevails over anything on this site.

Where a standard, certificate or certification body is named, it is named because it applies to the product described. Whether a particular chamber may be placed on the market or put into service in a particular country depends on that country's rules and on the configuration supplied. Ask us for the documents that apply to your project.

7. Using the site properly

You may use the site for any lawful purpose connected with learning about Hipertech and its products. You must not:

• try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system, or interfere with its operation, for example by introducing malicious code or overloading it;
• use automated tools to copy the site or its content in bulk;
• send enquiries that are false, abusive, or made in someone else's name;
• use the site in any way that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others.

We may block access from any address that is used in breach of these rules.

8. Intellectual property

The Hipertech name and logo, the HiperFlow name, and the text, photographs, drawings, data and design of this site belong to Hipertech or to its licensors, and are protected by Turkish and international law on copyright and industrial property, including Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and the Industrial Property Code No. 6769.

You may view the site, print pages, and quote from it to evaluate Hipertech as a supplier or to refer to its products, provided the source is clear and the material is not altered. Any other use, including republishing, commercial use, or presenting the material as your own, needs our written permission.

9. Third-party marks, logos and photographs

The certification marks, the logos of partners and suppliers, and the names of clients and projects shown on this site belong to their respective owners. They appear only to identify the certification bodies whose standards apply to our products, the companies we work with, and the projects we have delivered. Their appearance does not mean that their owners endorse this site or any product, and no right to use them is granted to you.

Some background photographs are stock images used under the licences of the libraries they come from. They set the scene and do not show Hipertech products or installations unless the page says so.

If you believe material on this site infringes your rights, write to info@hipertech.com.tr and we will look into it promptly.

10. Links to other websites

This site links to websites run by others, including coralwellness.co (which presents the longevity chambers Hipertech manufactures under that brand), the Undersea and Hyperbaric Medical Society (uhms.org), and our pages on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp. These links open in a new tab. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices; their own terms and notices apply.

You may link to this site's pages. Please do not frame the site, and do not link to it in a way that suggests an endorsement, partnership or approval that does not exist.

11. Availability and accuracy

We take care to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee either. The site may be unavailable during maintenance or for reasons outside our control, and content may be out of date between revisions. We may change, suspend or remove any part of the site at any time.

12. Limitation of liability

The site is provided for information. To the extent the law allows, Hipertech is not liable for any loss arising from use of the site, from it being unavailable, or from reliance on information on it that was not confirmed in writing for your own project, including indirect loss and loss of profit, business or data.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for intent or gross negligence (Article 115 of the Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098), for death or personal injury, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing in them affects the obligations Hipertech owes under a contract of supply, which are governed by that contract.

13. Personal data

Personal data collected through this site is handled as described in the Privacy Policy, which explains the purposes and legal grounds, who receives the data, how long it is kept, how cookies are used, and how to exercise your rights under Law No. 6698 and, where it applies, the GDPR.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute arising out of the use of this site, are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye.

The courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul (Çağlayan), where Hipertech has its registered head office, have jurisdiction. This does not remove any right that mandatory law gives a person to bring proceedings where they are domiciled.

15. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. A revision is published on this page with a new date and applies to use of the site from that date.

A revision does not change the terms that applied to your earlier use of the site, and continued use of the site is not treated as acceptance of a revised term that operates to your detriment. Article 24 of the Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098 treats a clause that would allow otherwise as unwritten.
